While I don't think it's triple milled, check out the sticky thread at the top of this sub-forum about Mysore Sandalwood Soap. It is by far the strongest smelling "real" sandalwood scent I have found in a soap. Even if it is not triple milled, the puck is quite hard and lasts a long time.

TOBS makes a triple-milled sandalwood bar soap which should smell like their sandalwood line; will be perfumey and not true sandalwood but probably quite nice like the rest of that line.
You must try Taylor of Old Bond Street's Sandalwood. It's my absolute favorite sandalwood scent, and in fact, it is my favorite bar soap overall! The scent lasts long into the day, but it not overbearing. A really great scent and the best performing bar soap I've ever used.
