Now that Neil Miller has passed, and Kanayama is no longer producing, I cannot recommend Scrupleworks highly enough. I no longer care for strops pieced together with chicago screws. I like a sewn strop, with barber ends. For someone in Europe, I think Torolf at Scrupleworks is the de-facto stropmaker. Torolf is a true leather artisan, he also makes other leather articles, including custom made shoes..
