While changing blades on my 2006 B&B LE Razor, which is an Edwin Jagger Georgian, the center screw on the top piece snapped off. I sent an email to the source, The English Shaving Company on Sunday morning. They responded almost immediately. They requested a photo of the carnage, I complied, and they responded as follows:
Well, Tania, you bet I'm going to let my fellow B&B members know. So here it is.
Thanks for the image. This is a fault and we will send you a replacment
head for your razor in the next couple of days. This has happaened once
or twice in the past so we suspected this would be the issue. The heads
come from Dovo and we will forward the image to them. We are in the
process of sourcing an even higher quality head for the future as Dovo
find it difficult to keep up with our demand!
Please do let your fellow members on Badger and Blade know of our
service to you; reccomendations do always help the flow of orders and at
this time all customers are most welcome!
May we wish you a very happy holiday period.
Kind Regards
