Does anyone have the golden "500" razor hydro-magic razor with the white ribbing and gold head?-Is it an aggresive shave or mild?-I have a G and E and want to add 1 more

I have one, and would say that the shave is aggressive, in that it efficiently removes facial hair. I like it a lot.
I have 5 Injectors (different "Types"), and I have not met one yet that didn't give me an outstanding smooth and comfortable shave.

Ah the sweet Golden 500...! I like A lot. The Hydro-Magic lever is GREAT and I love the longer handle.
Here is a comparison of three:
Left to right:
J3 (Golden 500), J2- (both from 1958-64) - the J2 without the lever- and the I2 (1955-58) also with a lever
The J3 is a tough one to describe. I LOVE aggressive razors by the way. All I can say that the J3 is truly a fine and smooth sailor. It´s a very nice and effective razor..

Thanks for all the replies--Just got out-bid for a J3--prices are crazy---If anyone has one they want to sell PM me--I'm willing to pay for a nice specimen
