Glock loses military contract. Introduces new product instead

Heard a couple days ago...Word has it that Glock will be taking orders for this very shortly..

It's that frame mounted safety switch that gives it away....:p

Plus it has a hammer. A striker fired revolver would be pretty sweet. Especially if it fired from the bottom of the cylinder like the mateba, it'd have really low seated recoil.

They are really working on a new diversified line for the private sector now. That full size revolver pictured in the OP.

The pocket/purse size carry revolver.

The funny thing is I'm not even mad. Rather have that be pointed at me than one of those train-whistles they make. I'm actually quite curious on what the loaded weight would be.

Yall know those Glock panels on that traditional 1911 look gooooood... In fact, if Glock made that 1911 I would buy it!

Lol'd ;)
I have to agree with you on that one for sure. I'd actually own a Glock for that. Luckily, Sig already has that option, and my HK is the pitbull version of a 1911.:001_tt2::lol:
