Giving up coffee...

I used to run a 16 (European) cup commercial Bunn.....

I thought that I would cut back so I started using a 12 cup Bonavita. GREAT.... Problem....... I now brew a 12 cup in the morning and 8 cup at night...

SO.....

I have cut back from 16 cups to 18 cups.... feels great!!!!!!!!

I'm a bit of a coffee whore/snob. I won't drink the gas station swill, it's a disgrace and offensive. A lot of people in my small rural town have heroin and meth addictions. I count my blessings and fall back with my lousy "cigarette and a few morning cups".....This guy will NOT work without coffee! My Dad and my grandparents started the coffee and donuts thing, and my old man left his smokes around as a kid, so boom. Just a chip off the old block here.

First week off coffee. Wish me luck.
Splitting headache for the first two days but OK after that.
It helps the fact that I really enjoy my tea.
