Tabarome Millesime from Creed has a fair amount of citrus, ginger and tobacco.
Top Notes: Bergamot, Tangerine
Middle Notes: Ginger
Base Notes: Sandalwood, Patchouli, ambergris Tobacco, leather

+1. You won't really get any orange, however there is a slight citrus vibe at the opening which doesn't really last. Ginger is definitely the dominant note in this one to my nose.
Yes, not sure how exacting OP is about the orange. I don't know a lot of scents with orange as a note. But a lot have bergamot, which is a variant of orange I believe, and Tabarome Millesime adds tangerine.
But the citrus part if fairly fleeting. It is heavy on the ginger for sure.
The new Tabarome is a good rec. If you treat it as a fragrance with it's own identity, you'll like it.
I can't swear to the ginger, but you might like Bigelow Chemist's Bay Rum. Orange/citrus and lots of spices. Comes in a very nice EdT and AS balm.
