I have a Gillette Tech DE and am trying to establish a manufacturing date for it. I know that the Tech was introduced in 1939 with a 'thick' handle as opposed to the thinner one with the knob at the end; however, I am uncertain when the new 'thinner' handle was introduced.
My razor is silver and has a thick handle. As such, it must have been produced between 1939 and ???? (whenever they changed the handle design).
Is anyone able to help fill in the blanks?
