Gillette Slim Adjustable

I get an equal shave with the slim on 4 WTG and 3 ATG and touch up as I do with my '55 red tip. I do feel that the red tip is more comfortable but has a narrow band in regard to angle.

On 5 the slim is not as forgiving as the red tip.

I've never noticed if mine has a quarter turn twist or not

All Slim Adjustables that are working correctly should have a 'quarter' turn twist. In point of fact, the amount of the final turn will vary depending on which of the 1 to 9 adjustment settings has been selected.

I just tested mine and they do have the "quarter" turn twist to them

With the next beater I'm going to cut the adjuster stop out. Theoretically having under 1 and over 9 available?
Don't hold your breath, it's got to be a real beater and cheap.
