Gillette Permatik single blade razor

Not sure if this fits here but it appears like these razors are technically disposable?

Has anyone here ever used one? A question for any of our Turkish friends on the board, are they common in Turkey? Are other single blade razors common in Turkey? Do Derby and Arko produde a single edge

Also my understanding is that they have half DE blades in them and they are Permasharp blades, is that correct? Could you refill them with another half DE blade?

I looked at some videos on Youtube, they look almost exactly like Bic Sensitive disposables. The top and bottom halves appear to be attached via plastic rivets so they wouldn't be refillable. I'd be very surprised if they used half DE blades.
