I’m not too concerned about dirt or grime, that can be cleaned, but I’d like to see more of the teeth.

As @Beefdrippings mentioned, provided that the teeth are all okay it should be fine. Any grime can be cleaned off.
Also it’s not uncommon for those to have cracks in the handle. I have a couple with small cracks that function just fine.

She looks okay to me. It should clean up fine.
Can’t see all the corners in 6/7
but it looks decent to me. Again, if you have any reluctance to buy a vintage open comb, the Fatip options are fairly inexpensive and provide a smooth efficient shave for many people.

It looks fine and will clean up and shave beautifully. The cap looks OK but even if there are burrs on the corners giving an improper gap between the cap and the baseplate then they can be easily filed off. Even the case looks in decent shape and will clean up nicely assuming the parts you can see are representative of the rest. I would personally be happy to give that a try at the right price.
