This a NEW from the 20s....amazing shaver....just lacks a bit in heft. The lacquer is still holding up in places like the bottom of the baseplate but it is less stellar in areas like the top cap....Im not sure if the handle has had any lacquer applied in the manufacturing process.

Im getting some lacquer spray for my Charcoal Goods Razor so shall I give this one a shot of lacquer too.

Any advice?

If its brass n I suspect it to be so6sone renaissance wax should do wonders.

Nice early Long Comb. I would date it before May of 1932. The Long Combs with multiple patent numbers are post May of 1932.
