Gillette New Improved Tuckaway

I found a 1924 Tuckaway a couple years ago that has my initials engraved on the case. I could not believe my eyes when I spotted it. I have no other vintage razors nor have I ever seen another with my initials on the case.

Is this one made in 32 according to the serial number, right?

EDIT: I ment 22 as 1922.
