Gillette Knack

I have a Gillette Knack Blue handled razor. How do I tell what year it is since there are no numbers stamped on it?

I'm really surprised there is no date code. I looked at mine and admit it's pretty small. Is it possible it's either been worn off or is filled in? Does it say made in USA? Or is it the British version? It was made from 1968 or so to the early 1970's.

Thanks, Len. I took out a higher power magnifying glass and did find a date code. On one side it says S and at the other end it says 4. I guess that would make it 1972.

I've got one I haven't had time to clean up yet. The head looks the same as a flair tip SS so it has sat in the "to do" pile for a while. I'm sure it would work fine. I think
