Those sound like patent numbers from the '30s-style Aristocrat -- the shorter one is a reissued patent -- but that's an open-comb TTO. However, I don't believe that there was any other American TTO that ever had patent numbers stamped on it.

Serial numbering stopped before the TTOs, and date coding, which is what it sounds like you were looking for in the first place, didn't start on razors until 1951 (aside from what appear to be some test runs in the third quarter of 1950).

Ninja edit: Oh! You meant that those numbers were on the case! That's entirely different. What you've got there is a '40s-style Super Speed. No date code means it's from 1950 or earlier. The plastic case would mean that it's 1949 or later, assuming it's original to the razor.

Just trying to make sure it's real lol. Looks like a 1951 super speed.
The aristocrats had 2 lines on the handle and this one has three. Which makes me think it's a super speed. Let's not forget the super speed case that's from 1951 that comes with it lol.

The case also has the side slots which were added to later production cases in order to retain the case in the cardboard point-of-purchase displays that came out in late '51 and '52.
