Gilette products of today.

I know the razors they produce today get some, well a lot of flak, including from me, but what do you think of thier other products on sale today, the face scrubs/washes, balm, moisturiser, a/s, deodorant etc, do you use them, or dont think too highly of them?

I'm sure they make some stuff that's not too bad. I've used their ASB before and while it wasn't the best, it was decent. However, not that long ago I got a sample of their new Thermal Scrub face wash. I tried it, and it's got a very off-putting warming sensation that I'm sure has some sort of chemical origin. The scrub also has a warning on the back that says to 'keep away from eyes and mouth.'

I use the Gillette Fusion Proseries Intense Cooling Lotion and really like it.

That is one of the few products they currently make that is actually worthwhile.

I have tried their Body Wash, it's super expensive, and pretty crappy as well.

I don't mind the cooling ASB
I very much dislike the thermal scrub.

I tend to avoid their products as a matter of principle. If I wouldn't buy their cartridges at $4 a pop, why would I support them in other ways? I'm sure their products are decent quality, but with so many other options, I can avoid them altogether.

I find myself staying away from Gillette products, I find them to be too expensive for what you get.

This might seem stupid, but I can't stand the way they style their image as a company. They overprice things, their products all look like a new line of toys at Toys'r'us, and their commercials with the screamy interviewer guy in the change rooms makes me want to break my tv.

So no, I'll start buying Gillette again when they work those things out.

Gillette products are just too expensive all around. I have tried their body wash, but found that my bar of lever works just as well, for significantly less money.

I've boycotted Gillette products for the last 35 years. Ever since they came out in favor of gun control. The NRA called for a boycott and I've stayed the course.

I switched to Schick or Personna products. I don't have a problem buying their (Gillette) used stuff though.

I use the ASB sensitive, at about 3 euros for 100 ml nice enough.

I use one of their AS balms, I forget the exact title but it is something like "mach 3 cooling balm with Aloe" and I find it works very well.
