Well, just got back from a holliday in Czech Republic. And tried a different blade today. An astra blue. Verry nice. Definately sharper. Better shave. Also a slight cut. Gues sharper also is less forgiving. But happy with the smooth shave. Also scored some nice creams and blades! Happy camper!

I haven't tried the Nivea cream but have the Palmolive and it is a decent performing cream. I have 2 other creams, Old Spice Musk(India and not that great) and Derby Lavender(another decent performer) and I like how little effort it takes to lather them up.
The blades you have I would like to here what you think of the Wilkinson Swords when you get around to using them, one of my two favorite blades. Of course to each his but the Astra SP(green) I didn't care for them. I am actually done searching for blades since I found two that are smooth but would still like to give both the Gillette Platinum and the Silver Blues a try if I ever get my hands on some.
