Geo F Trumper: Eucris Shave Cream (Travel Tube)

Hi!

I decided to try the above. After TOBS (favourite is Jermyn Street) and Barrister and Mann (Seville, Fern and Leviathan), I have to say, it's just OK. The scent is nice, but the cream is a bit odd. It seems to go on well enough, but has an odd drying effect.

My first Trumper and I suspect my last. Fun try to things, though.

Anyone try Spanish Leather and what would be a good point of reference?

Trumper creams are excellent, imo; every bit as good as TOBS, in terms of slickness and post-shave, ime.
Personal faves are Spanish Leather, Sandalwood, and Eucris.

Spanish Leather is wonderful, with notes of rose, spice, vanilla, patchouli and sandalwood. Somewhat reminds me of Cussons Imperial Leather (hand/body) soap.

I use the Spanish Leather cream, and have replenished it also.
One of my favourite scents, a very nice warm leather scent.

Never used Trumper creams, but was not wowed with a sample of the Eucris cologne. Not a lot there for a cologne.

I currently have Eucris, GFT, and Spanish Leather. Love the scent on all three with Spanish Leather being my favorite. I prefer Trumpers over TOBS as far as lather.
