Interesting, I'm looking forward to hearing/seeing more about this. I have to admit that it took me longer than it should have to see the actual mod....it just looks natural :001_smile

That one is the most obvious, but there are more visible :) I had to break it down for deep cleaning/polishing and figured if Wilkinson got away with screws, why not.

Back from its maiden voyage, it’s nice. Spring is a bit stiff, but it will get smoother once the plating wears down a bit.

The handle is some old thermoset resin handle, a nickel silver spoon, a Single ring neck and a 32-10 cap screw.
The head got brass screws with blued steel nuts, modified blade stops, so the blade sits closer to the edge.
Modified safety bar and some of the inner cutouts for looks.
