It's been a while since there has been a post...but I just had to say great thread! I finally got around to using my Gem G-bar yesterday and loved it! I really think SE and injector razors shave well because of the thickness of the blade. Most DE blades are too flimsy and "sharper" DE blades, i.e. Feathers, seem to be less flimsy. I'm eagerly awaiting a Gem MM OC and a 1924 Ever-Ready.
