is it possible to just buy the heads of other razor rock razors? Seems they should use the same thread style.

Yes, the heads are standard thread and interchangeable. They are priced almost as high as the full razor with handle.

Glad I love(d) my Lupo .95, until my son borrowed it and liked it so much he will not give it back

Is your Fatip OC?
Well, I have both the OC RR 0.84 and the open comb.....the open is one of my favorites

Another option for you would be the Lupo, they have one head that has an OC side and a CC side, that one is great.
