I don't like the fusions too much myself but my dad uses them, why do they have the manual and the power cartridges if they are exactly the same but in color, "manual blue", "power orange". But is there a diffrence at all? Also are the old fusion cartridges compatible with the proglide handle and vice versa, in other words are all fusion cartridges compatible with all fusion handels. . manual, power, proglide manual, proglide power?

Gillette will claim that the Power cartridges have a superior blade coating, thus making them cut smoother, and thus worth a price premium.
I call marketing BS myself.
Making this claim is also admitting, that the manual cartridges are not quite "the best a man can get" if the Power cartridges are superior.
The entirety of the current Gillette line is really a bunch of marketing mumbo jumbo that amounts to total lies.
In my opinion, there have been no significant advances in cartridges since the Gillette Sensor.
And yes all Fusion cartridges (whether Fusion regular, Fusion Power, Proglide regular, or Proglide Power) will work with all Fusion handles.
