Frozen Sour Cream

a tub of sour cream was accidentally pushed to the back of our frig, which tends to freeze items. There isn't anything wrong with the product at this point - it's soupy and grainy, kind of like curdled milk. I'm not going to throw a big spoonful of it on my baked potato.

Are there any recipes that could make use of this? I hate to throw it out. No a huge loss if I do though, just wondering.

Put it in an omelette.
Make pancakes or waffles.
Bake a loaf of bread.
Make enchiladas.
Put it in a cream soup.
Make muffins or cookies.
Make a sauce for chicken over pasta.
Use it in a tomato & onion sauce for Indian food.

I was just making cream of wheat for breakfast and thought - why not toss in a couple of spoonfuls? It blended in perfectly and I ate it, but I'm not going to do that again. I don't think sour cream and cream of wheat are meant to be. They both have cream in their names, but it's the sour wheat that came through.

I'll try banana pancakes.
