Has or does anyone freeze the water in their scuttle for a cold lather in the heat? Just a thought and would it be worth the trouble.

You could just use a regular shave bowl with unheated water and use a mentholated soap or cream. Or if you have unmentholated soap or cream that you like, get some menthol crystals, grind a little to make some powder, and add the powder to your lather.
Or just use cold water.
Certainly worth trying!
Nope! I prefer warm lather, regardless of the weather.
