French Razor Identification

I picked up these two sets from France and can't find any info on them. The first one is branded PLM on the base plate and inside of the lid of the faux leather case. The PLM mark on the razor is within a little lozenge shape similar to Gillette's.
The second is unbranded but appears unused and has an unopened packet of Gibbs blades in the case,
Does anyone have any clues to who PLM were, and any ideas of the maker of the unbranded one?

Hello, PLM blades are marked as Solingen guarantee, so I guess it was made in Germany for the French market, nothing else, sorry.
The cased one is a Gibbs, usually called military set (in France), don’t know why.
