GIVEAWAY! Fragrant Fougère PIF [NZ ONLY]

Sadlly, my wife loathes the smell of Chanel Platinum Égöiste, so I am forced to move this 50ml bottle, and the matching soap from Goodfellas Smile on. Both the fragrances and the soap are strong, so enjoy in moderation. PE is a lovely, modern fougère and considered a classic by all except my wife. I'll throw in the Peregrino as I don't reach of it.

Soap and the fragrance are both >90% full. Open to anyone in Aotearoa who has been a member since at least january 2024; just comment that you are in and I'll pick a number at random after the long weekend. Enjoy!

Égöiste is in the house.
I used Dior Homme Intense today and could still smell it when I got home, so not ideal to test it. Spray one blast on the back of the hand to test it. Very nice.
Initial impression is it's a nice fresh scent and can't see it being too offensive.
It is quite metallic in the dry down. I'm wondering if that's what you wife did not like.

I will take it for a day on the skin tomorrow to work.
My dogs are frag heads, so they will let me know if they like it in the morning when I apply it.
I think they have better taste than the wife.

Great to hear! Yes, it was that note in the drydown that did it. I could'nt smell it, but she could!

Used all three PIF items today. A nice shave and applied Égöiste after.
I can confirm the wife will not need to be PIF'ed. No comment from her at all after applying it.
Normally she's will only be offended if it's a beast mode cologne.
No eyebrows raised at work either on Friday.

For me the metallic scent seems more subdue, maybe I'm nose blind to it on the second wearing.
If I was to guess at the offensive note, it could be a synesthetic ingredient and maybe a synesthetic Oakmoss.

Glad it has found a good home. I sort of miss the soap more than the EdC: same scent, but a terrific, slick lather.

The soap is top notch stuff. It stood up well in a nice warm scuttle as well.
Slick and smells nice, what more could you want.
