Fragrance / Scent of the day.

Joop Wow! (sample). The scent is described as an Oriental Fougere, top notes are Cardamom, Violet Leaf and Bergamot; middle notes are Balsam Fir, Vetiver and Geranium; base notes are Cashmere Wood, Vanilla and Tonka Bean.

I can't get excited with this one, it comes across as quite a strong/powerful scent but bland at the same time (to my noise anyway). It doesn't seem to last very long either. I'll finish up the sample, but can't see me buying this one.

El Paso
El Paso by Lomani is a Aromatic Fougere fragrance for men. El Paso was launched in 1993. Top notes are Bergamot, Lemon, Eucalyptus, Thyme and Lavender; middle notes are Cloves, Juniper, Nutmeg and Jasmine; base notes are Sandalwood, Oakmoss, Musk, Cedar and Ambergris

Pretty similar to Chaps, I think it could use a little more leather to be a serious clone. Considering the price and how close it matches Chaps, I’ll definitely keep it in rotation.
