I have some old fragrances that never worked for me. I tried some Lapidus on my doggy. Well everyone flocks to him now. I tell them it's his natural dog smell. Make sure to check the skin underneath for any allergy issues if you plan on doing this. Oh, and the Lapidus lasts for days on him.

Nothing beats the pure unfiltered fragrance of Wet Dog. I happen to hav 55 lbs of vintage Wet Labrador which is still quite strong. You can even smell it from the other room on humid days.

You should try to bottle that and sell it. Or you could be generous and use it as a PIF.
Since dogs' olfactory senses are much stronger than ours, it would seem to me a little cruel to put a fragrance on one...
On the other hand, every one I've owned, and that's been quite a few, love rolling in feces, rotting carcasses and any other incredibly smelly, nasty thing. They might have an aesthetic objection to smelling like Creed GIT, but i don't think they would find it cruel.
Actually my dog prefers Guerlain Velviter....
Imagine that it smelled thousands of times stronger to you. Would you still wear it?
