Fountain pen day - November 6th 2020

Good day, hope to do something useful by remembering this day. Found out by chance.
There is also a website for it, just search the internet for the first 3 words of this topic.
How will I celebrate ? Probably using my new, but vintage, Mabie Todd leverless fountain pen, if it arrives in time
Today first day of second lockdown in UK, peace and quiet, again ! But business as usual for me hahaha

Every day is a fountain pen day for me.

Maybe for "Fountain Pen Day", I should use everything but fountain pens, just to remind myself why I like them.

I might observe it by pulling out some stationery and writing a few letters. In retirement my fountain pen does not get nearly as much use, and my already spidery script is more difficult to read than ever.

I have to write roughly a million thank you cards (just got married). Seems like a good way to celebrate the day!

Happy Fountain Pen Day everyone! I'll be using my go-to workhorse - Pilot Metropolitan. This is the cheapest FP I own BY FAR, and it is the one I enjoy using most. Go figure.
