Found an easy way to transfer aftershaves from/into bottles without removable restrictor.

Long story short. A 3ml syringe without the needle will fit perfectly into a bottle of Fine Snakebite which has no restrictor. You may even be able to load the syringe upside down without it leaking. Hope this helps.

Agreed, but I use a 10ml syringe, with the needle to decant aftershaves from any bottle into any other, with or without restrictors. It is easy and quick, and I never spill a drop.

I just use a syringe like a funnel. Remove the plunger, insert needle into target bottle, pour AS into syringe, and let gravity work.
