Forgot brush while traveling. saved!

I was so disappointed this morning when I realized I packed my poraso tub, a Gillette super speed, and some blades but I forgot my brush. The proaso "puck" is loose in the container so I took it out and started rubbing it on my face to see how much I could lather with my hands. then as I was going over trying to whipe it up a little I suddenly realized what I could use for a brush.....

Good thing I didn't trim it in like a week before I left.

Anyway as for the review, using your chin to lather in your hand isn't the easiest. Water retention with the hair was good but not great stiffness. No shedding though so that's probably good.

I was a little ashamed that I had my face mostly lathered before I realized it. :tongue_sm I'm just so used to working around that area that it didn't even occur to me until I got lather in it by accident.

If I was out of town and forgot my brush it would be faster to order something Fed Ex than to wait for my beard to grow,:biggrin1:

i did this once while i had a beard and only shaved my neck and cheeks. i was abroad and hadn't brought any shaving stuff and just planned to use a disposable multiblade while there but got a straight razor as a present over there and wanted to try it so lathered some soap on my beard. it worked surprisingly well, wasn't great but made lather and got the job done. held lots of lather and i could just push it up or down to where it was needed.

looks like you may get better results bowl lathering really.
