I've just returned from a week at the Amsterdam Schiphol-Rijk business park and ventured into Aalsmeer (a 15 minute walk from the business park) where I found 2 shops selling De Vergulde Hand products, including the soap, stick, alum block, styptic pencil, talc, deodorant and canned goo!
The best one was a cosmetics/drugstore on the main high st:

but also the local supermarket, Albert Heijn sold the soap too:

Obviously not that useful unless you're over there, but I thought the information might help somebody - it certainly would have been useful for me!
Unfortunately due to space restrictions I could only grab two soaps
