Football finals.

Afternoon all
Sitting at home trying to warm up with a freshly brewed coffee after watching my nephew play in the Mid Gippy Reserves Qualifying Final today. The occasional moments of sunshine and a win were no match for the cold wind though.

You would feel much colder had you gone home with a loss!

Coffee wouldn't necessarily be my beverage of choice after a cold, windy day at the football but I'm sure that it did the job. Sitting here in the middle of summer, you now have me thinking of lamb shank and barley soup...

I left the warming dram until later in evening David.

Lamb Shank and Barley soup has been on the home menu this winter here. It's Fennel and Brown Rice today.
