Food you hate to love

I recently bought a case of Vienna sausages and my wife asked “why?”

I have kind of come back around to Vienna sausages in recent years. For one thing, the Aldi's no name brand version is so much better than the Hormel's or whatever brand versions Costco and standard grocery stores seem to sell. I think the former is all beef or maybe beef and pork, whereas the latter has chicken or chicken and turkey or some such. The latter also seem to be mushy.

Oh and Chinese sausages, cured, sweet, salty, fatty and delicious.
