Sometimes I don't make the best choices...but I'm basically a bachelor and have that leisure every once and a while. I'm 5'10" and stay under 160lbs, so I feel I'm doing fine. My fiancee and I both feel food and cooking are extremely important in everyday life. Being an avid home cook and home brewing beer, i've gained a huge appreciation for local and fresh ingredients.
