Focus on Vintage DEs for 2 Weeks: 4/1 - 4/15

Been months since I used my B.Altman. So I took it out and used it today. I enjoyed a very smooth, irritation-free shave.
Prep: Warm shower, hot towel, Proraso White preshave
Lather: Arko, and lots of it
Razor: 1955 A1 Tech
Blade: German Wilkinson Sword (2)
Brush: Razorock Plissoft Tricolore
Post: Speick aftershave splash, Pinaud Clubman, Duke Cannon ice cold balm
Third shave with Arko, and I made a pretty great lather with it. Loaded tons, added water slowly, took my time.
I did have more irritation than I'd like, maybe from chasing BBS with a mild razor. I enjoyed the shave overall, though.

Bonus Saturday shave! Found some time this morning before we departed for our camping trip. Plus I got in a tub of Seville yesterday and could not wait to try it! Today’s razor is a NEW LC bar handle that was refinished by Delta Echo. What a glorious looking razor! And it shaves like a dream too!

Looks like I've gotten a bit behind on my pictures. Thursday night, 1953 President. What can I say, smooth, smooth, smooth.
Friday night, 1916 Gillette Pocket set that I rescued a couple of weeks ago. Old Type, do I need to say more?
@never-stop-learning , I just wanted to say thanks. I've been wrapped up in my straight razors lately and forgotten how enjoyable and relaxing these vintage DEs are.
Tonight, I broke out one of the Bulldogs. It's a 1918 from an Officer's Military set.

I'm new to vintage razors, but happy I'm now able to contribute. Here's a Milord ('48-49 I believe). I've been shaving with it for a couple of weeks now. Wonderful to shave with. Very smooth, and somehow just feels elegant in my hand.
