Foamy Lather For Second Pass

My lather seems great for my first pass but sometimes the lather in my brush will be foamy and airy for my second pass instead of thick and creamy. Is this caused by too much water during the initial lathering?
It doesn't seem to happen every time or at least not to an extreme. Recently I've been using Musgo Real and Speick cream. I've noticed it can happen with any soap or cream I'm using though.
Typically yes. The excess water could also be coming from the leftover water that is still on your face if you are rinsing between passes.
Check out the Wiki section. The tutorials helped me. I was having the same problem when I started and they helped me immensely
Foamy lather means it is either too hydrated or not lathered well enough (that is, soap and water are still separated)
