Fly Aways?

Ok, so after my first use, my EJ Silvertip brush has a few hairs that did not go back to their original place. For lack of a better word, they are fly aways. They are not way out there, just not back to where they started.

Is this something I need to worry about or maintain in some way?

It's quite normal for a new brush to shed some hairs during the first uses. Keep an eye on how long this goes on. It should stop after some uses. If not the brush is a shedder and should be replaced by the vendor or manufacturer.

Enjoy your new brush!

Are you talking about hairs out of place look wise? Like a paint brush with a few hair that twist, stick out and turn different ways compared to the rest of the brush? If so, I think most brushes do that and I wouldn't be alarmed by it. you could try and lightly comb them, to blend with the rest of the hairs if it really bothers you.
