Anyone ever try this? The prices (as one might expect) are up there, but it sounds cool.

The first option, Fragrance Customization (or "fiddling" with an existing scent, for lack of a better term) is obviously more cost-effective.

No idea, they should offer a fragrance 'stylist' to assist.

Great idea though. It's a wonderful thought, imagine having an exclusive scent that NO ONE else in the world has, made by one of the most exclusive and well respected perfume houses in the world
