Flatiron Pepper Company

Has anyone tried any of the pepper flakes from Flatiron Pepper Company? What are your opinions?

I picked up their 4 bottle variety pack last June or so and I really like it. I had been buying the restaurant sized (13 oz) McCormick red pepper flakes, which probably lasts me two years and is about half the price per oz of the Flatiron, but no regrets as I appreciate the different flavors of the latter. All four are very good. For me, they go on pizza, eggs, fajita fixings, certain sandwiches, stir-frys, soups, curries, etc. It's nice to be able to vary the flavor profile, and they've taken the place of some hot sauce applications. (But I still use plenty of sauce.)

I'll pick up more when I run low this summer, including some additional varieties. I'm also curious about their grinder to further diversify how I get my heat fixes.

Looked really expensive to me. My grocery store has a good pepper selection relatively cheap.
