Fitjar creams and soaps

Has anyone heard anything about Fitjar? It seems like their products are out of stock everywhere. I haven't seen anything on the net, as far as company problems. I have been wanting to order some products, but not if there is a problem with production or the company. Just looking for some input. Also, if you have tried these soaps or creams, let me know what you think of them. I know they can be pricey, but are they worth it?

I was curious about Fitjar, but they appear to no longer have a US distributor. Royal Shave to used to carry their products, but I've been in touch with them and they are not restocking Fitjar anymore. The shipping costs from overseas are too high for me, so I haven't ever tried Fitjar.

I tried some, the shave cream were good. The shave soap is a disaster, no glide at all. If you are to try one, I strongly recommend buying the shave cream. I have to use the soap with liquid glycerin.

Thanks for the info, especially since I've been using more soap than cream lately. Given the price of Fitjar, and your comments about the soap, I'll stick with Mike's and Mystic Waters for a whole lot less cash.

Just today I was emailing with the lady at Fitjars in Norway. She was very helpful.
She can airmail a small number of samples at a more reasonable cost.
Give her a try.
Separately, I picked up the rest of a tub on the f/s listing here in bnb.
So watch those postings.

What about their range of after shave balms or face moisturisers - has anyone tried those at all?
