First Try at Gazpacho

It will. I won't touch Gazpacho for 24 hours - those flavors need to mingle, baby! Same goes for a hummus.

The first time I had Gazpacho soup at a nice restaurant, the idiots brought it out to me cold. After soundly dressing down the waiter, he brought it out to me piping hot. It was delicious, and by the stares of my dinner companions, I could tell they were amazed that I had had the guts to set things right in such a fine establishment.

Listen up folks.
Take a mortar and a bowl.
Crush a garlic clove in the mortar. Put a big fistful of bread in the mortar. Soak it with water and vinegar for some minutes. Then, squeeze it and discard the mixture.
Peel two or three tomatoes, take the seeds off and throw them in the mortar. Mix it well, until you have a smooth mixture. Add water more or less to have a soup-like consistence. In the bowl, mix a tomato, a red pepper, a green pepper, a cucumber and an onion, all finely cut, and soak it with good olive oil. IN NO MEANS, should you spare oil. Add salt, and mix the bread-and-tomato mush with the vegetables. Let it seat for some hours, and enjoy.
