First Razorock Soap: La Famiglia Zi' Peppino Green Tobacco

Excited to see a shave soap that's tobacco scented, I ordered this.

FYI, it's apparently the scent of the tobacco FLOWER not pipe tobacco or a cigar. I'd say it smells somewhat similar to MWF but much less powdery and more of the lightly musky floral tones. I'm lukewarm on the scent.

This is a fantastic soap for shaving though. Lathers super easily and makes a very slick shave.

I've used this croap for a few months and the scent has grown on me. A very nice scent for the fall and winter. I'm thinking about picking up the AS balm in this scent to go with it.

If you like the lather of that one, also try the karite line (888 or King Louis). I have the King Louis, and it's one of my favorites for scent and lather, especially in colder weather (I find it warming).

if you're looking for something that smells like pipe tobacco, synergy cavendish is a reasonable approximation of the real thing (and a great soap, too).

The AS Balm is great stuff. Very soothing and the scent lingers for a good long while.

This is my one and only RR soap. I love the scent and the performance is great. It is easy to lather and very slick. If all RR soaps are like this, I will be buying more in the future.
