First Razor, some issue with black stuff on it

Hi,

I bought a shave ready dovo a few days ago. Have used it once or twice so far.

I dry off the blade and the outside of the handle and put it back in its case.

Some black stuff seems to form on the blade that isn't easy to remove.

What is it and how do I avoid it.
