First Pu-erh.

First brew: 100ml water just off boil, 6gr of 2002 Hai Lang Hao "Mengku Wild Arbor" Raw Pu-erh tea.
One 15 second rinse, 10 second infusion for the first, then increased 5 seconds for the next two.
I do not have the pallet to describe it, but it was wonderful from the first smell to the last sip. Musty, earthy, nice gan on the tongue and back of the throat.
