Been in many forums over the years, even moderated some (mostly automotive), but this subject is all new to me!
I'm in my early 30's and been shaving with soap (plain moisturizing milled face soap) since I've found most cremes in the can clog my pores but the soap keeps me clean and clear. I'm a little on the oily side with a "medium" beard and clean shave every day.
Grabbed my first badger brush (in fact, first shave brush of any kind) last week and have several kinds of "real shave soap" (Tabac and Findhorn Lemon) in the mail on the way.
I look at it this way, why not take a task that takes up a total of nearly 200 24-hour days of your life and make it an enjoyable experience?
Sometimes it's the simple things
