used a norton 1k, and a 4k/8k followed by a pasted strop. gave a nice comfortable shave, so i'm pretty happy about it.

Honing is the means by which I came to wet-shaving. I'm into cutlery, saw Murray Carter shave with his knife, so I tried it. One thing led to another.....and here I am!

what paste(s) did you use after the Norton 8k? diamond? chromium? microns? I'm curious.
