First DIY brush (pictures)

For my DIY shaving brush project, I used a piece of ivory that had been sitting uselessly in a drawer for several decades. It had once been part of a lamp, I believe. I acquired a turning blank of African ebony, a 24mm knot from TGN, and I sacrificed a solid gold cufflink. The results are shown in the pictures. This is a relatively big brush, but it fits perfectly in the hand.
