I've already finished up a restoration brush and love the way it came out. I thought to myself, "I'll go ahead and do some more this can't be that hard." Also I had promised SWMBO that I would buy her a nice big brush. Long story short I had two brushes to be restored.
In the first restore I used a drill and some marine epoxy and was fine. For this one I had to up the anty and buy a rotating rasp or two and some Devcon 5 minute epoxy, great stuff by the way recommend to me by Rudy Vey.
After a few minutes with the drill and some sandpaper I came out with two passable brushes. These will not win any beauty contests but they do a great job.
The smaller of the two is a 18mm Pure from the Nib and the larger is a 26mm finest two band.
