Same here. I had to come in to work a few hours early. I saw the mailman on the next block- I was probably 10 minutes from holding it in my hands.
Well mine didn't show up, still at the nearest distribution center! Perhaps tomorrow?

I am suddenly not feeling well, may have to leave early.
It is a Friday....
Unfortunately, I work Friday and Saturday nights, and we are short staffed on those days.
Friday flu is nothing to trifle with oc, Probably safer if you go home. 
Ugh. I can relate. Was a second shift nurse for way too long. Every other weekend was work.
I'm now involuntarily retired. Everyday is a weekend. And sometimes I am bored out of my mind.
Adrenaline rush is real. And addictive, sadly.
